IHF fluoroplastic centrifugal pump series has the following design features:

 

  • IHF single-stage, single-suction, cantilever fluoroplastic centrifugal pump is manufactured in accordance with international standards and combined with non-metallic pump technology.
  • The pump body adopts a metal shell lined with fluoroplastic (F46), and the pump cover, impeller, and sleeve are all made of metal inserts wrapped with fluoroplastics and sintered and pressed as a whole.
  • The shaft seal adopts an advanced external bellows mechanical seal, the static ring uses 99.9% alumina ceramic (or silicon carbide), and the dynamic ring uses PTFE filling material, which has excellent fluorine resistance and wear resistance.
  • The inlet and outlet of the pump are reinforced with cast steel to enhance the pressure resistance of the pump.
  • This product has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, advanced structure, stable and reliable performance, convenient disassembly and maintenance, and long service life.

IHF fluoroplastic centrifugal pumps are widely used in: corrosive media transportation in chemical production, chlorine water wastewater treatment and acid addition process in ion membrane caustic soda projects, electrolyte transportation in non-ferrous metal smelting, pickling process in automobile manufacturing, and pharmaceutical, petroleum, electric power, electroplating, dyes, pesticides, papermaking, food, textile and many other industries. They can transport strong corrosive media such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkali, strong oxidant, organic solvent reducing agent and other strong corrosive media of any concentration for a long time under temperature conditions of -20℃-120℃.
